1. NOC from your employer(Stating that they dont have any objection to bring your wife). - If they can mention your salary(atleast QR.5000) and Accommodation (provided by company) in that NOC... it is fine.
2. Passport copies of you and your wife. (Make sure that in spouse name your names are there in both passport)
3. Marriage Certificate (For family visit visa attestation is not compulsory - if it attested it is fine)
4. If you have Electricity bill or anything attach that also - if not NO Problem
5. If you have Labour Contract - attach it - if not NO Problem
6. Minimum requirement (Passport Copies (Spouse name must), NOC from employer, Marriage Certificate & Filled Application form - Go to Sofite Area, you can get application form and get filled by the Typist)
7. go directly to Garafa Immigration office go to Gate no 1 or 4 (last door on Right hand side) get a coupon from the reception, go to the counter and submit ... - You will get it -
