Average water & electricity should be from about QR 150 per month in winter up to about QR 350 to 400 in summer. I had a 2br some time back and that was what my bills were.

Internet is QR 217 including landline or QR 250 for Mozaic bundle (1Mb line) or 317/350 for 2Mb line.
