@Mariecor: definitely not, we have a project which needs to schedule appointments with residents to work in their residence places, so he’d be our representative who should be trained from our side on how to set appointments, schedule them for specific areas, deal with customers of different nationalities & languages and report the schedules to management & implementation teams and follow with customers, also he should be presentable and of good personality which allow him to build a trustable relation with the customers who would get back to him for any notices or requirements!
