I would suggest that you pay a little more and rent from a multinational company. Before purchasing a car I initially used a local rental company and it was a pain in the ass with several vague conditions in the agreement.

Later when my car was in the garage for some upgrades, I rented from EuroDollar and I was as relaxed as driving my own car. EuroDollar 44321313 and 44351397.
