My friend...even you just stand at a corner of a street or at a sidewalk...definitely a carlift will stop by...have you gone to a busy area like a department store?...you;ll get a carlift there....and the fare ussually depends on how far you ae traveling. For example you are in Najma...and you are going to City center...it will cost you 20-25 riyal..things like that..you can do it my friend..its easy.
