I really appriciate you laying out all the facts mate.  Thanks again all for all your valuable info.  Now, what is the difference between the contractors and DA Civilian at Qatar?  Meaning as far as I know, contractors don't have to pay for taxes and DA Civ does.  Is there a reason why, a document to be excluded for taxes as well, and is there anything else I am not aware of.
