Try Chili's, they have a great Solano Strip steak! Applebees also have a good Sirloin Steak. The best cut i've had so far was at Romano's Macaroni Grill at villagio although I was very annoyed with the waitress who wouldn't replace my steak even though it was clearly well done when I had ordered it medium well...Aside from them overcooking the 90QR steak, it tasted pretty good!
