Hey.. I got my Kid's New Vaccination Card... All You need to do is:

Go to Health center where U put Vaccination for the baby. I went to Airport Health Centre. There is a lady who is so kind and she was very helpful.

If U have Medical card for ur baby, then U can go directly to Messaimeer Health centre where U get that Green colur Immunization card, once U show the medical card and tell them U need the new card.

If U dont have the Medical card, apply for one, by giving them a passport size photo and the baby's Health card number which starts with HC------- or Birth Reg number, and a passport photocopy.

U need to pay them QR100. They will ask for the contact details. They will ask U to wait for sometime to issue the Medical card ... from there U can go to Messaimeer Health Centre and get a new Immunization card. Please go back to the health centre where u put Vaccination, and get the detailed filled up in that new card.  

ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS " GO EARLY AS POSSIBLE AS U CAN" SAY 7AM., before U do all these.         ALL THE BEST. INSHA ALLAH. U will get it.
