You have to take NOC from your company then go to eye test at any trafic plice station which is at Madina Khalifa and Airport (Wakhra) , then go to any driving school for registration and take your comfortable time as u wish , u have near driving school is bin omran i forgot the name of school you take taxi and ask them for driving school which is close to Al meera bin omran
