There are a number of dog kennels available in Doha - for a price.  Are you prepared to pay for the care and upkeep of your pet?  All of these facilities are full up (and more) with abandoned pets and strays because owners couldn't or wouldn't look after them.

I would suggest you contact them directly (there is a pets and animals group here with contact details). 

I would also suggest you look into alternatives that would allow you to keep the dog if at all possible.  It trusts and loves you completely.
