6 months  Bank statement is very mandatory, ur marriage certificate and the passport copy, also salary should be above 5000QR for applying for family visit visa..juz submit all this documents along with the form..within 3 days u will get the visa..u will get 1 mth visit visa which can be later extended upto 5 mre mths..
