In my honest opinion, you can live happily with that salary in Mesaieed,

However if company is giving you 7500 QR as furnishing allowance take that and live in Doha or in Wakra where in you will get fully furnishied 2 B R house for 5000 ( if u make agreement for 12 months you will get additional 4 months free)

The choice is yours, both are good only, all the best.
