That is too good!! I was thinking about 30QR..but I also have three children and I am assuming the 50QR would be including education assistance, accomodations, transportation, and annual airfare?  Do you know have any information on the benefits they will provide?  Also the leave??  Just trying to get my ducks in a row ..many thanks!
