Well, my house is newly constructed therefore it's taking time by QTEL to do the cabling work .... if your place is already having Qtel cables/ tele lines ,,, it normally takes 1 - 2 weeks for connection..
Hotline # is 115. You have to apply for ADSL line from any Qtel office in doha, once you get your Customer ref. no from Qtel office you have to call 115 to make appointment (date and time) for the connections.
There customer services people seems to be helpful, in mycase they were not able to help since the matter was in the Technical dept !
