Unfortunately, the American embassy no longer attests the US education certificates. Using an agent will be one of teh options, but they are very expensive.

If you have someone you know living in Washington DC, then they could get them attested for you by hte Dept of State.

If you want them attested quick, then you will have to use an agent and pay for their services.
