Buttermilk can be found at MegaMart - however you can substitute the same amount of full fat milk with 1 Tablespoon of white vinegar mixed in - let it sit 5 minutes or so - use that.

The cream is available as UHT as either Heavy Cream (32% fat)  or whipping cream everywhere

Can't help with liquid colours.
