Actually the furniture allowance in grade 16 is now 55, ooo QR.

The car allowance is 3 months salary.

I'm not sure what 12k in aussi dollars equals in QR. But I think you should look at this in terms of career advancement since they don't seem negotiable on pay.  I agree the salary for doctors at QP is crap!
