I have not seen popcorn hour on any shop here but you can get more popular players from shops here with same or more features.

I bought Western Digital Live Hub (includes a 1Tb hard disk also!) from carrefour some months ago and completely satisfied with it. It plays every audio/video/picture format without any isuees. I am using it as home theater and have it hooked to my 40" LCD using HDMI and audio to my Logitech Z-5500 :)
