Sad to say, it is not possible. The original license is still subject for verification of the Captain in the Traffic Department. They are really serious about verification and avoiding fraud/fake licenses. How come that you have your scanned copy only? Where is the original one? It happened with me before 'coz me too had a license from KSA and they verified its authenticity carefully in front of me. Try to search the original one if its missing. Good luck.
