You can try bombay chowpatty next to FFC in Matar Qadeem, they are decent, but in my experience costly.

unfortunatly my experience here in Qatar with Indian Restaurants are that they are more of South Indian Restaurants.

Though the names names of the dishes are all north Indians, the make up and taste of the food is pretty southie.

On top of that, the south indian food does not even match up to the road side idli chatni that I get in Mumbai.
