SCH counters are open from 7:30am to 1pm. But as far as i know, the medical licensing committee will advise you to register online as they are implementing such process few months ago. This was also my dilemma and thanks to our mandoob,she does things at their own pace. If you want first hand info from the committee,try to go there on monday 8am-1pm (customer day), room 28. hope this will help.
