I think it will be better to transfer your Sponsorship to your husband to enable you to stay here and find another job later rather than creating an issue with the Company which might close the door to get the required NOC. If you have enough evidence to prove that the termination is due to your pregnancy and can go back to your country and wait for your husband to get a family visa for you then you can think of approaching the Labour Court.
