I think I know what you mean. Go behind Education City and make a left at a R/A where you see the Petra restaurant on your left.  It is on the end of this road on your right side.

The link shows IBQ/Al-Yusr Ar-Rayyan Branch.  You want to go pay this and go straight through, I think, the next two stop lights.  It should be on your right side before you hit the next roundabout.  Be warned the traffic there is bad at night and parking is hard to find.
