Dear Friend, Visit Visa use to valid max for 6 Months, in some rare case they extend for 1 or 2 months. So better make sure her Visa can be extended upto her delivery date. Otherwise yu will be in big trouble if her Visa not get extended as Ailines will not take passenger having 7+ months pregnancy.

If her Visa is Valid Yes she can have her delivery here, but as on Visit Visa case you cant get Health Card for her, hence expense will be high.
