The mens changing rooms at the InterCon have a sign asking you to avoid full nudity while changing out of respect for the conservative nature of the country. Is that the case for most changing rooms in conservative countries, or are the InterCon just being ultra cautious about this sort of thing?

And how do they define fully nude? What if you keep one sock on, is that ok? (one sock on your foot that is, before anyone makes some smart-alec remarks!)
