Hey...I am also a instrumentation enggineer....I did not have any experience before coming to qatar. Still I amnaged to geta job. I know that job without any experience is difficult to get in job but not impossible as I managed to get one. You also have a 1 yr experience so you amy get lucky.

Keep searching...apply to the agents/consultants in qatar. Keep asking people coz it is the best way u will know abt any vacancies.
