good to know you were offered a job at hmc ambulance service/ems. to answer your question, 4400 is only the basic..you will be given transportation allowance as well..you have an accomodation provided...then after completing the 3 months probation period, other allowances will be included. you are also entitled for overtime which is at hourly rate.yes, you have to go to 2months mandatory training. you also have the priveledge to attended international recognize training for free. trainings like, itls, mimms and others. majority of the staffs are pinoys and tunisians..well, i hope everything will be good for you.
