Hi well one straight answer.... Im a banker my self and i do know all the rules in this regard ..... U may try all u can run away from you liabilities...But My dear we have agents all ove the world to track them.... we have many people been tracked from many parts of the world and the are behind bars atm...so just be careful and do the write thing....
