Nobody except a company or a potential employer can help you get a Job and a visa to Qatar. Any other means to come to the country to look for job could be perceived as Illegal thus actions from the immigration authorities will be in place and you could end up paying for somebody else's mistakes.

Just be careful and avoid Visa scams, or blackmarket since that could land you in problems upon arrival at Qatar.
