I have to say that the risk is up to you now. There could be a GCC alert on you; so by the time you land or check with immigration you could be spotted and stopped.

I'll assume your debt problems have a reason but the first thing you should have done is talk to the bank in UAE and try to solve the problem out.

Once again now it's up to you to come over...there could be an alert on you...as well as there could be NO alert on you.
