When you go to renew your residence permit...then u can speak to that person who is renewing it for u and ask him to change your birthdate on qatar records if possible (maybe carry ur birth certificate along for refrence )

Ma Qatar id also has a wrong date of my birthdate and i dnt face a problem anywhere..it shdnt be a problem but since ur facin a problem with ur job thats the solution i can think of.
