1. A visit visa for 6 months could be transferred to your sponsorship for as long as you can get a no objection letter from where the person you are sponsoring got her visit visa.
2. A free visa might mean a free lance visa- this visa can be acquired from a company who's got extra visas not in use.(have to pay for it though)but the person who'll use this will not be working for that company-instead he will look for another job he likes. So came the term FREE LANCE visa. You can transfer the sponsorship of the lady maid for as long as she already finished a year with the company who's presently sponsoring her. The company has to give a no objection letter allowing the lady to transfer under your sponsorship.
