thanks folks, i am going to complain to building agency again !!, it's no big deal i can let him park in my park i am sure i can find park elsewhere most of the time, the problem was in the start there was no principle in this building, i actually foreced tehm to send memo to all flats, most of the people are respecting but we got soem bad fish...

but it's best to stand against these type of ppls... so they learn lesson... i am going to check this remote control blocker, also
