Karwa bus drivers get paid approx. QAR 3000 - QAR 4000 per month plus accomodation.
Karwa Taxi drivers have two categories:
1. Fixed salary of QAR 1200 - QAR 1500 plus accomodation.
2. Taxi driver pays to Karwa QAR 270 per day(11 Hours) in advance and driver gets all money over and above QAR 270/- each day into his pocket. If driver fails to return cab within 11 hours, he will be charged @ QAR 35 per additional hour or part of the hour. Plus ofcourse the taxi driver is given accomodation by Karwa.
