Another thing you can track your sleep with Sleep bot tracker if you are using android application. (sleep clinic , for sleep analysis and EEGG report> that you can get similar sleep cycle report from above app)
Chage your sleeping, eating and exercise pattren. Have light food during dinner, warm water bath before sleep and 1 glass of milk before you go to bed. If you are likely to having insonmia then track your sleep and maintain your daily schedule... the result will effect within a weeks. (just I did the same and having nice time, even some days i use to have 5 hrs of deep sleep and still feels like jumping up fresh !!!) tks
and nothing works on you and you feel like disorder even after 2 weeks (if you are maintaing routine) then it is the time to see doctor.
