if it is possible for you too check all the connection / water line, or other water leak...my friend experienced the same thing but hers is more than QAR 3000... am not sure if the fund has been refunded.... they will ask you to pay for the said amount, if you insist not to pay, they might cut you connection.

better, file a complaints or call them so they can check before your due date... it happen... but you need to check the connection yourself as well....
