Hi...now a days total licence procedure has been changed.if she wants to get licence,she has to go for prometric exam through online.(she can do from her country).then all certificates should send to DATA FLOW dubai private agency through supreme council of health.once she clear both exam & certificate clearance,she need good standing certificate from nursing council in her coutry,as my knowledge 2 years continuous expirience is must.
