But the BIG issue is even if you submit complete documents in some cases you won't get CID clearance due to a Qatarization Policy...it's rediculous after you have gone for series of interviews and gone through so many hassles CID won't give clearance due to the untold truth of Qatarization...Even though you are free from Criminal Records they won't give you clearance and will keep on saying " your CID clearance is pending pending pending..."...my CID clearance is pending for more than 1 month...some people get it in just 2 weeks...it's so pathetic when Qatarization is implementing it's policy through such a cunning way via CID...
