well built? he can be a gym instructor.. just kidding.. but at his age, do you still wants to see him do all the digging to earn for living? he should be resting and enjoying life by this time.. (sorry friend.. just an opinion) but if he really wants to works, he can apply as salesman/cashier  in a small stores or can be a cook (if he knows) or vehicle/equipment operator or a family/company driver as well.. those works in my opinion are not heavy but with a minimal salary as well..
