well you are clearly living in cloud cuckoo land - I know for a fact that there are many unqualified teachers working in many schools in Qatar, including Newton British School. You are not properly qualified until you have completed 1 year in a UK school to gain QTS. You have been misinformed but this must be embarrassing for you if you have children at the school.
