QR.200/- sounds very cheap, is it just the W7 Home basic? If so, think seriously about whether you want a better version. I bought Windows HP7 (single licence) from Lulu Hypermarket for about QR.470/-, installed it easily and am very happy with it. I am assuming that you want a full clean install and are not upgrading from Vista.
Be careful about buying on-line. The products are probably genuine but some can be opened and registered only on computers in certain areas and zones of the World.
