Daphne, No it's not easy as what you think. It's not neccessary but you need somebody to guide and back you up in order to land a job here. And knowing that nationals have the first priority for a good post makes your chance slim not unless it's your luck. You can publish your c.v. in one or two newspapers. And ask tips and information from your friends. Good luck.
