as far as i know 3 months ang validity ng medical if u dont have any problem with it. this is what i know since im also a direct hire b4 from the company that im working now.but much better if you will wait first 4 your visa b4 you proceed to medical anyway it will be release after a week if they won't find any problems and it depends on how the clinic arrange it. re dun sa requirements, i think pass port and endorsement documents from the embassy that is accredited. or try to give a call to the clinic and ask the required documents before preceeding. no harm in asking...gudluck kabayan.
