ok seriously there are just too many resturants on LAND here in Qatar. if you friend has the moolah and if he's going to hire me to sit on my ass all day and give me a big monthly salary then i must copyright my suggestion now only. Tell him to open a floating "Dinner and a Movie". That means a place where u can take the family out for a dinner and watch a movie on a boat/ship whatever. Of course i must be captain of the ship or i'll sue u ;)
