3) Father's name and adderess in your passport and your brother's passport should be the same without any spelling mistake
4) Your passport copy, wife's passport copy with visa page, NOC from sponsoror, Filled application form available in typing centre or MOI website, 3 month bank statement stamped by bank, your contract stamped by labour department, electricty bill under your name or tenency contract(not soo mandatory).
