However, so far the cam option seems really gud and then I can make a complaint on 999. I am going to try it.
I have already explained to the owner that we need a natoor but i dont know how long thats going to take..
however, does a filthy stinky elevator count as evidence? i mean if i call the cops and ask them to have a look at the elevator... offcourse the residents wont do such a thing, then i can raise the suspects?
