There is a Clause saying that, if the Tenant's residence permit is cancelled, as Tenance can not stay in Qatar, he can leave without any debt. if Tenant and landlord can not come to conclusion, Tenant can seek the assistance from Real Estate resolving committee with the copy of Cancelled residence permit.
