It is totally depend on the company you work for. Top companies could pay up to 10K or more, but small private one 4K is possible. Commonly the package only for basic, transportation, if you are lucky you might get half of monthly accomodation allowance of single status contract staff (again this is depend on the company).

I am working as executive secretary for gov joint venture, they offered good package, as per my details above.
