im using CBQ for my current account and so far no issues at all. excellent customer service..i have used phone banking, online banking, credit cards and everything works perfect. you can also take advantage of 0% interest on many outlets using CBQ credit cards (i used this offer when furnishing my house from home center).

no idea about loans but make sure you dont bite off more than you can chew :)
