This is a wealthy country but "Educationally" wise 10 to 20 years behind i guess.

Such people acting like they havent seen a women or could be arrogant enough considering its their country is such a shame.

Sorry to hear this incident. The worst scenario here that might happen is  even if they catch those people there is still a big chance to released or dismissed the case. So disappointing.
